All return shipping fees are paid by the buyer unless the item was damaged in shipping or if the Welding Equipments have made a mistake.
Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Restock fees may apply and will be paid by the purchaser if the product manufacturer requires it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Warranty:
Welding Equipments can help with any warranty returns that are applicable. If the buyer uses Welding Equipments to pursue warranty replacement or refund, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs.
The buyer may also pursue a warranty through their local welding supply dealer.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
