WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
Click here to access your account. Once logged in, you can print a copy of our confirmation/receipt. Please also check your spam or junk file for any email communication from WeldingEquipments. If you have completed the above and still have not received a confirmation your payment method may not have processed correctly.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, WeldingEquipments does ship internationally with a few exceptions. All international orders must be placed online. Please note, that you, the buyer are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing customer goods. (No order will be marked with “gift”) If you elect not to pay these charges at the time of checkout you will be subject to paying these at the time of delivery. If you refuse to do so WeldingEquipments has the right to retrieve the package from the carrier at your expense and return the items to WeldingEquipments. Once the items are received back at the WeldingEquipments facility the refund will be processed less the retrieval fee and outgoing shipping charges incurred with your purchase. Please do your research so you’re aware of the charges being incurred prior to receiving these items into your country.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
WeldingEquipments requires a signature on full cylinders as well as orders with a total value exceeding $500.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Sales tax for U.S. customers is charged to Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa shipping addresses only.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES WELDINGEQUIPMENTS ACCEPT?
Online payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. WeldingEquipments only accepts U.S. billed credit cards on orders placed over the phone. International credit cards can be used through PayPal to make your online purchases.
Orders may be paid in advance by submitting a wire transfer for the full amount of your order.
WHY SHOULD I NOT USE A DEBIT CARD?
When using a debit or credit card, there will be a hold put on your account by your financial institution (not WeldingEquipments) for the amount charged for 1-5 business days. The hold will be put on your account regardless of whether the transaction is completed or declined by your financial institution. WeldingEquipments is not responsible for overdraft fees or any debit card related charges.
CAN I FINANCE MY PURCHASE THROUGH WELDINGEQUIPMENTS?
No, WeldingEquipments does not offer any financing or deferred payment plans. All orders must be paid in full prior to processing. However, you can apply for PayPal Credit.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
All packages containing external damage must be refused and WeldingEquipments must be contacted immediately. Internal damage must be reported to WeldingEquipments within 10 days of receipt. Damage claims will be declined if the item has been used, is not in the original packaging, or was received more than 10 days earlier.
WHAT IF MY MACHINE IS DEFECTIVE?
You may contact WeldingEquipments about a defect within the manufacturer’s warranty period. You will have two choices:
(1) Take the defective machine to an authorized service facility for warranty repair.
(2) Return the machine to WeldingEquipments to process the warranty/repair. The customer is responsible for any freight charges back to WeldingEquipments.
Machine defects detected after 10 days of original receipt must be repaired under the manufacturer’s factory warranty policy at an authorized service facility. The customer is responsible for transporting the machine to and from the service facility.
WHAT IF MY WELDING MACHINE NEEDS REPAIR?
Both the Miller True Blue warranty and the Thermal Dynamics warranty will be honored at authorized Miller or Thermal Dynamics repair facilities around the U.S. We will happily provide you with the repair facility nearest you.
ARE THERE SHIPPING CHARGES?
WeldingEquipments offers free shipping as a selection in the shipping options at checkout for the lower 48 states. Click here to consult our Shipping Policy tab.
We utilizes USPS, FedEx, and UPS at our discretion to the lower 48 states depending on weight and value of the entire order. Customers providing only a post office box for shipping will be asked to provide a valid physical shipping address. All orders generally ship within 24 hours with the exception of “PreOrder” items, excluding weekends and holidays.
Expedited Shipments: Next-Day Air, Second-Day Air, and Three Day Select is only available on orders under 150 lb. Expedited rates are calculated in real time on our website with the items in your cart and your shipping postal code. Items that weigh more than 150 lb. as well as gas cylinders cannot be shipped using expedited services. The cut off time for an expedited shipment is 1 p.m. CST. All orders received after 1 p.m. CST will ship the following business day.
Alaska or Hawaii Shipments:
Ground under 150 lb. – Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart after all items are added in real time.
International Shipments (Including Canada): International shipments are calculated in real time on our website with the items in your cart and your shipping postal code. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CONTINENTAL U.S. ORDER?
Most orders will be delivered to your location within 3-7 business days via standard ground shipment dependent upon stocking and availability. Orders placed online will receive shipping and tracking information via email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
International shipments vary depending on customs within your country and can take up to 30 days dependent upon stocking and availability.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
WeldingEquipments will ship to an address other than your credit card’s billing address. However, all orders that are shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address are subject to further proof of identity requirements. Bank money transfers may be the only form of payment accepted on some orders.
PAYPAL Customers – WeldingEquipments will ship to PayPal verified addresses only.

Product returns must be made within 30 days of delivery of the item(s) and must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges as applicable. Please include a copy of your invoice as well as instructions for your return with your shipment. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer on all returns. Refunds for items returned will be for the purchase price of the item only; shipping charges will not be refunded. WHAT ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
No returns are accepted for gas cylinders, electronic repair parts, or machines.

WHY WAS MY ORDER DELAYED OR CANCELED?
WeldingEquipments strives to keep merchandise status up-to date but occasionally there are situations when an item may be out of stock and not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due to damaged items, high order volume, etc.
Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary. WeldingEquipments reserves the right to cancel any order. Below are several of the reasons why this may occur, but are not limited to:
