How Do We Ship:
We offer flat-rate shipping within the continental United States (e.g., AK and HI). Items are shipped at the discretion of WeldingOutfitter.com. Please check the shipping rates in your cart before checking out. Spee Dee Delivery Service Inc., USPS Express Shipping, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground may send flat-rate shipping orders. We reserve the right to ship with the fastest and cheapest carrier we can provide.
Because we try to get orders to you as quickly as possible, some orders will be shipped partially. This means that part of your order may arrive sooner than other items you ordered. This is because our stock is split between three locations, and we also ship straight from the manufacturer if we do not have it in stock. Our goal is to provide the shortest lead time possible.
Please note: We will only ship through our shipping providers and do not allow customers to use their shipping provider. We can, however, use a customer’s FedEx or UPS account number when shipping orders.
Tracking:
We will provide tracking numbers as soon as we ship out from one of our warehouses or when we receive the tracking number from the manufacturer we are shipping from. Some shipped freight items may not have a tracking number and will have to be tracked manually. If you have a thing that you need help tracking, please feel free to contact us, and we will find where it is for you.
